We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return any product within 7 days of delivery confirmation (based on tracking) for a full refund, provided the item is returned and received in its original condition.

Once approved, refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.
If the item is not returned or is lost, refunds of up to 50% may be issued at the sole discretion of the store owner. This is not guaranteed and may require photo evidence of loss or damage.
