Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. This includes 3D printing, hand-finishing, and secure packaging. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Domestic Shipping

• We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and location.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

• A tracking number will be provided with every order.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs holdups. Please contact the carrier directly if your order is delayed after it has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We may ask for photos or additional documentation to assess eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
