Terms of Service

By accessing and purchasing from Benski Builds, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information
All items are handmade or 3D printed and may have slight imperfections due to the nature of the production process. Each item is quality-checked, but variances are part of the unique nature of the products.

2. Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at checkout through accepted payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Benski Builds is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 7 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected. Lost or unreturned items may qualify for a partial refund at the owner's discretion. Refunds may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank’s policies; we are not liable for delays by your financial institution.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs and product content, including licensed designs (e.g., from KeKreations or CurationsByKira or others listed within the products descriptions), are the property of their respective creators. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to those changes.
